Coaching

Every Step You Take Brings You Closer to Your Greatest Self.

What is Coaching?

Life coaching is about momentum, and action. It’s a professional partnership that helps you uncover what truly matters, break through blocks, and take decisive steps toward your goals. Coaching is forward-focused: it’s about asking, who do I want to be and what do I want to achieve. It's designing the life you want and creating strategies to get there.

Through coaching, you gain insight into your patterns, tap into your innate strengths, and develop practical tools to navigate challenges with confidence. It’s about unlocking potential, making intentional choices, and stepping fully into the version of yourself you’re meant to be. Every session is an invitation to grow, act, and evolve — one meaningful step at a time.

Having had a successful career in project management before re-training as a coach/counsellor, I am well experienced in facilitating growth in both a professional or personal approach. It is an honour to support others in transforming their lives, reaching their goals and stepping fully into their potential.

Integrative Coaching

In today’s fast-paced, competitive and rapidly evolving world that we find ourselves in it is essential that to cultivate skills in self-resilience and self-empowerment. Integrative coaching provides a comprehensive, adaptable approach that combines multiple coaching methodologies to support personal growth, leadership development, and improved performance. Unlike single-method coaching, integrative coaching is flexible and tailored to each client’s needs. It recognises that no two individuals are the same and that growth requires more than goal-setting alone.

By integrating evidence-based techniques from cognitive-behavioural coaching, emotional intelligence, NLP and strength-based coaching the integrative approach addresses the whole person, mind, emotions, behaviours, and values, all while keeping the outcomes and end results in focus. Uncover hidden potential and align professional actions with personal values. Whether it’s enhancing leadership presence, improving relationship dynamics, or navigating complex decision-making, integrative coaching equips you with the self-awareness and strategies needed to thrive.

Leaders who engage in coaching improve their decision-making, communication, and conflict management, while employees develop greater engagement, motivation, and productivity. In Integrative coaching, you will learn to identify your own thought patterns and behavioural tendencies, enabling you to respond rather than react. Targeted coaching strategies and reflective practice will enhance focus, and cultivate confidence and adaptability.

Integrative coaching can support you in nearly any area of life: career transitions, personal growth, relationships, health, or creative pursuits. It’s especially powerful when you feel stuck, unsure of your next move, or ready to embrace a bigger, better version of yourself, enabling you to grow, adapt, and excel.

Transformational coaching is an approach designed to guide individuals toward alignment, self-discovery, and authentic living. It recognises that personal growth is about cultivating inner clarity, emotional resilience, and spiritual connection. It is an encouragement of self-reflection and inquiry, building a stronger connection with yourself and the world around you. It is facilitating you to achieve a greater level of alignment to your purpose and your passions.

This approach is particularly effective for individuals seeking deep personal transformation. It is for those seeking fulfilment, spiritual growth, or alignment with inner guidance. Clients often come to coaching feeling stuck, disconnected from their calling, burdened by self-limiting beliefs and unable to see progression on their path. Through coaching, you will learn to recognise and release these patterns, replacing them with practices, mindsets, and intentions that support alignment with your authentic self.

Techniques are centred around mindfulness and meditation practices, visualisation, cognitive-behavioural techniques, and somatic or body-centred approaches. It will honour every aspect of your experience and encourage a restoration of balance, motivation and direction. Unlike goal-oriented coaching, this approach values the journey as much as the destination, helping individuals cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and the life they are meant to create.

The outcomes of transformational spiritual coaching are both internal and external. Internally, you will experience increased self-awareness, emotional regulation, and heightened intuition. Externally, this translates to more intentional living, empowered decision-making, improved relationships, and meaningful achievements aligned with personal purpose. For those ready to step into their true self and live a life of connection and authenticity, this coaching provides both guidance and inspiration every step of the way.
